Firefox Installation

Simply download the hhrbookmarklet.xpi Firefox extension file above, saving it anywhere on your machine that you’d like (we recommend your desktop, as it’s easy to find, and you’ll not need this file after installation). Then open Firefox (if it’s not already open) and drag and drop the hhrbookmarklet.xpi file anywhere in the browser window. This should launch the Firefox Extension Installer. After the extension is installed you’ll need to restart Firefox for the extension to be activated.

Once restarted, you’ll have four different ways you can trigger the bookmarklet:

  1. The small Hao Hao Report icon in the bottom-right corner of your browser.
  2. The Tools->Add this page to the Hao Hao Report menu item.
  3. Contorting your fingers to hit CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+H (for Hao!).
  4. Adding a nice shiny button to your top toolbar by right clicking the toolbar and selecting “Customize…” and then dragging the HHR icon anywhere in the toolbar you wish.

* No significant changes, simple updating for compatibility with new versions of Firefox.

1.0 – October 26, 2010
* This is the first version. The biggest change is that before this, the extension was nothing. As this is the first version, please contact us with any bug reports, comments or suggestions. We hate the term “beta”, and so don’t version using it, but that’s effectively what this is.

Chrome Installation

Simply download the hhrbookmarklet.crx Chrome extension file above, saving it anywhere on your machine that you’d like (we recommend your desktop, as it’s easy to find, and you’ll not need this file after installation). After confirmation is granted the extension is installed and ready to use right away. You will see a new Hao Hao Report icon in your Chrome browser toolbar.
